• iACCESS CONTROL
• Users - You can set up users that have explicit access and management rights of the iAccess software used by the iTalk9000 iAcess radio which is used for access control in managed complexes and includes the following settings
• Site Access Tools
• Site access reports - View and download all entry and exit details captured for each site
• Banned list - View and edit all people and vehicles that have been banned from entry into a specific area's or sites
• GUARDING
• Company report - View and download a summary of your entire company's guard patrol activities in a single report
• Business unit report - View and download a summary of each business unit's guard patrol activities in a single report
• Roaming report - View and download your random site visit reports per site which is equipped with RFID tags. In addition to fixed guard patrol schedules, you are able to set up "open patrols". These patrols allows you to clock RFID tags assigned to any number of sites in any random order without a dedicated timeframe. This feature would typically be used for site supervisors doing random site visits.
• Site report - View and download a report of each guard patrol activity per site
• Open site report - View and download all your patrol activities which is not assigned to a fixed guard patrol schedule

• E-mails will automatically be sent from the system to each recipient at the end of each patrol shift for the specific patrol site
• Company e-mails - Create automated e-mails for all guard patrol activities.

• Business Unit e-mails - Create automated e-mails for all guard patrol activities within a specific business unit

• Company report - View and download a summary of your entire company's employee's attendance activities at the end of each shift
